2. Pilots and services

A SENTRL AI pilot or production deployment requires a separate written agreement covering scope, responsibilities, data protection, retention, support, fees, warranties and liability. That signed agreement prevails if it conflicts with these website terms.
3. AI output and human review
Detection confidence, alerts and classifications assist trained people; they are not a final finding of wrongdoing. Users must review relevant context, follow applicable procedures and avoid taking adverse action solely because an automated alert was generated. Performance can vary with camera position, lighting, obstruction, connectivity and scene conditions.
4. Intellectual property
The website, SENTRL AI name and brand assets, original copy, interfaces, software and product materials are owned by or licensed to SENTRL AI. You may view the site for legitimate business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, remove notices or reuse materials commercially without written permission, except where law allows.
