A connection close to the cameras
The design brings camera connectivity into a dedicated device at the location, with access to the supported streams agreed during setup.
A dedicated edge-device design for connecting compatible cameras to SENTRL. Keep the connection close to the cameras and manage the monitoring experience from your phone or browser.

The design brings camera connectivity into a dedicated device at the location, with access to the supported streams agreed during setup.
The intended setup links the connector to your SENTRL account, keeping camera status, alerts and incident review together in the app.
The connector workflow operates independently of the Live View page. Power, camera access and connectivity still need to remain available.
Start with the place you want to monitor. SENTRL agrees the supported connector setup with you before installation.
We review camera types, reachable streams, power, network coverage and the permissions required for the site.
Authorise the supported connector through the secure SENTRL approval flow. Add the camera in the app, verify playable video and give it a clear location name.
Check camera and connector status, test the agreed alert channels and confirm who will review incidents. Ongoing monitoring depends on the deployed connection staying online.
Camera compatibility, processing capacity, reliable power and connectivity are checked for each deployment. Cloud alerts, remote access and evidence uploads need an internet connection. Hardware specifications, installation arrangements and availability are confirmed with SENTRL before any order.
See the monitoring workflow and discuss your location with the SENTRL team.
