Security Overview

How SENTRL AI is designed to reduce exposure across cameras, edge processing, APIs, incident records and user access.

Effective 1 August 2026Last reviewed 1 August 2026

Layered architecture

  • Edge-first inference reduces unnecessary transfer of ordinary video.
  • Encrypted network transport is required for supported production connections.
  • Authenticated APIs and role-based permissions restrict access to customer data.
  • Incident records are separated from continuous camera activity.
  • Operational logs support troubleshooting, accountability and abuse detection.
  • Secrets and production credentials must not be embedded in client applications or QR payloads.

Customer responsibilities

Security is shared. Customers must protect camera credentials, maintain supported firmware, restrict administrator access, review authorised contacts, use secure networks and promptly remove access for people who no longer need it. Deployment-specific requirements will be documented during onboarding.

Security assurance

SENTRL AI is an early-stage product and does not currently claim ISO 27001, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials or another independent certification on this page. As assurance work is completed, verified scope and dates will be published rather than implied.

Report a vulnerability

Please report a suspected security issue privately to support@sentrl-ai.com with “Security Report” in the subject. Include the affected page or component, impact and safe reproduction steps. Do not access other people's data, disrupt a live service, use social engineering or publicly disclose an unresolved issue.
