Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted purpose

Use SENTRL AI only for an authorised, documented and lawful environmental monitoring purpose. Users must follow applicable laws, site policies, contracts and instructions from the deploying organisation.

Prohibited activity

• Unlawful, covert or disproportionate monitoring.
• Using alerts to harass, discriminate against or target a person.
• Attempting facial recognition, identity matching or biometric categorisation through the service.
• Accessing a camera, account, incident or API without authorisation.
• Uploading malware, probing production systems outside an agreed security test or disrupting availability.
• Removing transparency notices or bypassing approved retention and access controls.
• Presenting an AI alert as conclusive proof of identity, intent or guilt.

Anti-spam

Do not use SENTRL AI contact, notification or integration features to send unsolicited bulk messages, misleading alerts, phishing or content that violates PECR or other communication law. We may restrict abusive sending and preserve relevant records where legally permitted.

IP complaints

If you believe material on the SENTRL AI website infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, email support@sentrl-ai.com. Identify the protected work, the disputed material, its location, your authority to act and your contact details. We may request supporting evidence before taking action.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and, where proportionate, restrict or suspend access, preserve evidence, notify the customer administrator or cooperate with lawful requests. Contractual notice and appeal arrangements apply where stated in the signed service agreement.
